All this without prejudice to the specific provisions established in certain sections, forms or services available on the WEBSITE in order to provide you with the relevant information and, where appropriate, obtain your consent.

  1. How have we obtained your data?

The data has been obtained from yourself, through (i) the different forms that you fill out during browsing through the WEBSITE (e.g. registration form as a user of the WEBSITE, contact forms, information request forms, forms regarding job offers and / or selection processes, etc.); or (ii) by forwarding a consultation email.

In case of that the personal data provided belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed that third party of the PRIVACY POLICY and have obtained your authorization to provide us your data for the purposes indicated below.
